The apartments are located in a residential complex with swimming pool, mini golf, gym, tennis courts, paddle tennis, basketball, football, playground, cafeteria and restaurant.

The buildings that are located have elevators, reception and security service 24 hours a day. Guests can also use the private parking free.

Each of these apartment has two bedrooms: one room with double bed and one with twin beds to accommodate a maximum of 4 persons. It is possible to add another bed for fifth guest. They include a large living room, kitchen, bathroom and a fantastic terrace with stunning views of the beach. The bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped and there are also sheets and towels, plus TV, DVD and CD player, hair dryer, washer, dryer, air conditioning and heating. They are allowed to smoke.
